Exhibition of the work of our members
Thursday 30 April 2020

We hope to hold an

EXHIBITION

of work by our members

at the 30th April lecture.

Please get sewing, carving, painting, embroidering, sculpting, potting, sawing, quilting…….

……. or looking through work you have already done.

We hope to show that we don’t just sit and listen but create as well.

The Society had an exhibition some years ago which was a great success and we hope you will find something to display, or, if you do not create, encourage friends to exhibit their work. We do not want to distinguish between Art and Craft.

Entry forms will be available at the January and February lectures, as well as in our Documents section of this website, under “Our Society”. Please return them by the March lecture, so that we can plan the layout and prepare labels etc. Sales, if you wish, are to be arranged between maker and buyer, we will put sellers’ details on the back of the display label.

Bring your work in from 9.00 on 30th April, so the show is ready by 9.45 and we would be grateful if you could leave the work for a short time after the lecture for people to look again
